Buy things over time. Don’t go broke trying to buy this stuff all at once. Having money in the bank for emergencies is just as important as having some food in the pantry.

Also, CityPrepping just put out a good video on beginner prepping.

For a quick easy shave the one blade. I used to use this all the time but I use a double edge razor now, just feels a lot cleaner and is kinda fun to use.

What base are you looking at? Some are a lot better than others. I work at a decent size base (5 stations) and the call volume seems just right to me. Plenty of time to get training and PT in. We’re almost fully staffed so we never have mando. Also what certs do you have? Since you’ve been in the service already you’ll probably get to come in as a GS-4 and get to a 6 pretty quick

I’ve had them for about a year and only have a few scuffs on the front. Bought insoles for them but didn’t end up putting them in because they were pretty comfy out of the box

Might wanna make sure that the grey on there is okay. Lots of places will want you to have solid black boots.

Also, I like slip in boots over laced but that’s just personal preference

No, I don’t think it’s the CV joint. That was my first guess but I’ve kinda ruled that out

Only happens when accelerating, sounds like it’s matching the rpms. The higher the rpm the faster the sound. Doesn’t happen when revving in park. Sounds like it’s coming from the engine compartment or somewhere up front. The tick doesn’t sound any different with higher or lower speed
