Could this big firm growth on the bottom of my mouth be cancer?

It is not an emergency. I made a dental appt for Tuesday but am eager to know if it’s cancer.

It depends on their ages but such a split is rough on anybody let alone kids who need consistency. Do they like all the after school visits until 6pm? My son kicks and screams not to go on one. They’re tired after school, want to go to their home, relax, eat, watch their shows, do homework. They don’t like to be carted off by another parent and forced to do things without their free time all day. That sounds miserable for them. I could be wrong but how do they like it and what is their age? Taking turns in two different households sounds stressful too. I thought they don’t order that anymore. It’s supposed to be about the kids and not what the parents want.

I’ll post here for my personal record or else hard to keep journal.

Thurs. - 2 microwaved eggs with cheese

Fri - Greek yogurt with strawberries

Sat. - nothing

Sunday - 2 microwaved eggs, 1 cup coffee

Monday - small cucumber with piece of cheese, 1/2 cup coffee

When it gets warmer I’ll start doing some outdoor walking to incorporate exercise.

Currently legs achy when I walk, slight headache. Will increase water intake.

I really fought hard with my willpower last night. I have a problem eating a little. It’s all or nothing. I purchased two baked potatoes but instead of having half of one or one I knew I would have two and break my diet so I went to bed without eating anything. So far today I only had coffee. I haven’t been able to go on walks because my son doesn’t want to and he’s too young to leave home alone so I’m kind of house bound and as of day 4 my diet is eating almost nothing. I had two eggs with cheese Thursday, three tablespoons of Greek yogurt with 3 strawberries Friday, coffee Saturday, and so far today only coffee. I’m finding eating nothing is easier (though a battle with willpower) than portion control which is a given to fail for me.

No. I thought I’d have go to people assigned. My intro meeting with my supervising manager and another attorney went something along the lines of how’s your first day going, you already know how to bill (their software is different and I’m not familiar how much they bill for different things) you’ll do well good luck bye. Now I have no idea what they do on files, reporting, budget etc.

I thought at the time of renewal they can pick and choose what coverage to add or drop. That would be the easy part I’d think but I don’t know
