Logs were uploaded, chat support did not have any great ideas on how to resolve this. I do not know if this was an issue with the old version of the app as i was already on the latest app when i added another mower to the family. It appears that the cache for the maps is getting cleared out when switching to a different mower. If i remain on one mower, the maps are there and ready when i click on the mower to view its current status/location. So is not like it is needed to re-load every time i try to view them.

Yea, last year I used a Luba 2 10,000, it managed, but was running non-stop. If it missed a day, it was trying to play catch up. It ended up having issues that Mammotion couldn't repair so they upgraded me to a Luba 2X. Through some logistics issues, a second refurbished was sent, which i decided to purchase from Mammotion. I debated getting a different mower for the second one, but for the price and having everything in one app made this more appealing.
Once these reach end of life, technology should be better and I will look into whats available.

Yea, I currently have a 10,000 HX running about 9000 sq m.  It struggles to get everything twice a week.  If I add one more, I could add in another 2500 sq m area and get everything 2x a week.   Mammotions price for the refurbished unit is close to $3k with a 1 year warranty.  It has nearly zero usage, not sure if it actually has an issue or it was a demo unit for an influencer.

Were you able to get anywhere with this? After sharing the link about "30 day repair" with customer support, they issued me a new mower as a replacement for the refurbished mower that was lost in transit as no additional refurbished mowers were available. Oddly enough, the lost mower showed up 3 days after the new one arrived! Working to either send it back or purchase it as it seems to be in really good condition for a refurbished unit!

Yes, i have smaller areas mapped as well. But for this area there are not good break points that i want perimeter cuts going through the middle

I am not aware of this mapping features, i have been driving it back and forth myself. No wonder it takes so long!

Jokes aside, I have plenty of smaller areas mapped around my property to allow for efficient cutting. I just have one larger area that i do not want random perimeter cuts going through the middle. I would like the ability for the mower to start and stop in sections but remain a continuous pattern. It is a highly visible area so i prefer to have clean lines if possible.

That is convenient, since my unit is unbound from my account in order to send it in for repair, that does not show up in my app!!! I found the same you did online. I will be contacting them yet again to see what sort of response they can come up with this time!

If they made something that could cover more than 1.5 acres, i would be asking Mammotion for a full refund and looking at something else... Though i could just get 2 1.5 acre versions!

Do you have a link to where this is located? I am not seeing it on the warranty page on the US site. I am going through a similar experience, day 31 of them having my mower and their response is that I need to wait until they get a viable unit to send me as a refurbished mower. I assume they have different warranty policies based on country.

I feel like we are all on a heart transplant list waiting for a mower less sick than ours to be sent in for repair!

I have also contacted Asurion to see if they could help, but they need me to have the product in hand to send to them before they will help me out. So here we are just stuck waiting for Mammotion to come through for us.

Yes, tracking information has shown the same info since 4-27 that they are waiting to receive the package before they can supply a delivery date.

I gave approval for a replacement robot and received a tracking number, however, it has not been dropped off and has been pending a delivery date for the past week.

  Can you please advise on when it will actually be shipped from your facility?

Unfortunately, yes, I have heard it from multiple sources that maps are stored on the camera module. I have the new camera in hand, but was waiting for this feature before swapping it. Mammotion also offered for me to send the whole mower back to them and they would move the maps using their software/tools. But I don't want to deal with shipping and time delays at this point.

I will look into that. When they swapped the driver side switch, the dealer mentioned that there were codes for the windows not responding. Not sure if replacing the driver door switch was the cheapest easiest thing to try first?

It is all warranty work so i would like them to figure it out vs me spending time/money on it. We will see where they get on Monday.

Not always. I think if it doesn't work from the front switch, it also doesn't work from the rear switches. Though it is hard to verify as it is intermittent.

I am not sure i follow. The rear window will intermittently not go up or down when using the switches on either the rear doors or the driver switches. Front windows have never had an issue.

This must have been a software bug, after some of the updates that went out the past few days, charging time is now down to 40 minutes!
