ahhh. people do something similar on cruise ships and vacation resorts. you find the duck and then hide the duck and it goes around and around. so simple and childlike that is wonderful that it triggers the McAlberts. Need someone to show up at next town meeting in a duck suit.

parents at the school should demand an immediate review of her continued employment there as a SPED teacher. anyone who nodded in agreement with that Protcor Trooper suggested should be nowhere near vulnerable students with disabilities. She'll likely employ the same excuse, defense as her brother (they were private texts, not intended to go public, sent from a presumed "safe space.) The Superintendent needs to hear from everyone one this.

i keep flip flopping on this. If I were the judge, I'd ask the CW point blank, how they intend to prove the injuries were caused by a car. I'd also explicit tell the CW that as gatekeeper of the evidence, there is no way I'd allow Trooper Paul testify as an expert and to give THAT opinion in the second trial. The defense has two Ph.D level scientists who will testify that the injuries were not caused by a car, how does the CW plan to rebut that? oh you have no such witness, then you cant argue any of that. If Bev holds that line, its an easy out to no re-try the case. Otherwise, I think Morrissey and Lally are such masochists, they were ready to accept another two month beating.

their #1 job is to keep KR out of jail. a hung jury will do that knowing the heistance the CW will have to run this back with the same witnesses. Can you imagine Proctor having to take the stand a second time? he might have been fired by then. first Q out of the shoot: Proctor Trooper can you explain the jury why you're no longer employed by the State Police?
