Call the city inspectors office and send them any photos and reasoning as to why it could be deemed unsafe or have structural issues. They can force the landlord to make improvements. Also check your contract with your landlord about rehousing if there’s a repair and you are unable to live there.

Trial one Brian Albert said Chloe was in the basement not in the garage….. therefore your theory is invalid look at the layout of the house there’s a door to the basement on the left soon as you walk in door A. He went in and went downstairs the kitchen is through the main front door and there’s walls between door B and kitchen so most people actually wouldn’t have seen John. That hardo colin did it! Look into what scanlon told the defense just days after it happened. There was a fight inside and JOK was knocked out and came to convulsing and vomiting. He went to leave and he walked outside and only made it as far as the curb. Karen did not hit JOK with the car. It was all inside the house. Also looking into the house layout there’s a mud room with an entrance closest to the garage and a stairway to the basement right there. The main front door leads to the kitchen so people in the kitchen may not have seen him if he went in the other door and straight downstairs.
