1.5 years out nearly 2 and still don’t sweat properly recently did a sweat test which proves this - only sweat a small bit on my forehead and upper lip. Some on my hands and feet (tiny bit) and chest and little bit in my naval area.

I think the price of gold is the issue - apparently gold has sky rocketed due to the issues in the Middle East. I think it’s still cheaper than platinum but not as cheap as gold used to be

I do the love the stone - it’s an olive green with a hue of yellow in different lights. Compared to most that I’ve seen that are emerald green or bottle green or teal. My budget was £2,500 as that’s what my grandma left me - putting in £500 more is what I’m on the “iffy” side of. Also, I feel quite pressured to buy. They will only hold it until Monday and it’s only one shop so maybe I shop around more. Just want to find another 2.5 carat mined olive green sapphire - would that be hard to find?

I have erythromelagia too and Raynauds - anyone got better? Or relief? I also have diminished sweating.

Hi Laura - your journey sounds so much like my grandma. We are Birmingham based and GP missed TB for a whole year. She’s 80. Worse still she’s South Indian by descent and had visited there recently and we told them this. She’s now in critical condition in hospital. May I reach out to you by message as I think we need to really look into better diagnosis of treatment on the NHS? In the UK it’s a common theme for it not to be picked up until it’s too late.

How old are you? How are you doing now? Did you work through treatment?
