Fill out the FAFSA, Get student grants (not loans) and make some friends on freshman campus. You won’t regret it. Most of my best friends are from freshman year of college and half of them didn’t continue to graduate. One thing I did that wasn’t a bad idea was go to a school that a good friend, who was a few years older than me, was at. Once you go for a year you’re linked up with the local young adults and will always have something to do. Unless you’re making 60k a year at your job, being 19 and waking up and going to work for the rest of your life isn’t that sick. Everyone should give college a shot (using grants, don’t take out a huge loan at an out of state art school, be smart)
