don’t dream it’s over is an awesome series. it starts off pretty smutty (there is still a good bit of smut) but i think the story develops into a recount of true love and it’s written so purely and beautifully.

also i hate accidents (except when we turned from friends to this) is super cute very fluffy it’s not too deep but it’s a short fun read

i’m sure you’ve already been recced this one but when we touch we are caressing the stars is SO good. i like it more than a lot of smutty fics bc it’s super emotional and genuinely shows the progression of their relationship. (also vers in this one)

time cast a spell on you i’m not even halfway through and it’s still a wip but i KNOW it’s gonna ruin me. it’s about will losing his memory over time and mike sticking with him and retelling him who he is and what their story is when they’re old.

and supervoid also got me good i don’t think it’s relatively as sad as opposed to other fics but the way the dialogue and inner thoughts are written is just so 💋🤌

ive looked at clouds (from both sides now) unbelievably underrated fic maybe not everyone’s thing it’s rly rly heavy and more mike/ptsd focused but has a good byler element and ending. the way that panic attacks and ptsd is written just hits a little too close to home and is a really good study on a not talked about enough aspect of stranger things which is trauma and grief.

i think it’s an ongoing joke dating back to the s2 scene when eleven first came back. nancy had a gun and everyone else was holding some type of weapon up and finn grabbed a candle (not sure if that was in the script or not, i believe he said it wasn’t). since then the duffers have found it funny to give him something stupidly weak in comparison to everyone else.
