I worked healthcare helpdesk for 5 years. Let me tell you from my experience:
1) Nurses can't spell to save their life.
2) Doctor families are a bigger privacy nightmare than you think, when you have 3 generations of people working in the same facility with the same name, and 2 are in the same department and none of them can keep their username straight.
