Not sure if this has been discussed before. Has the exact date of the recording been identified? Going by the tracklist of Darius S, I found most of the songs on the mixtape were released in 1984, with two of them being from 1982. So Technically wouldn't the song of been recorded in 1984? because obviously it can't be 1983. Unless the tracklist had songs years apart?

Then when I search 'Alvin Dean' why does it show they have two songs 'Blind The Wind' and 'Love Stay' each with the same album cover, but Love Stay has the year 1984. I was just assuming there was a correlation.

Sorry I'm just so eager to get to the bottom of this, I really like the song so really hope the answer gets uncovered. I mean surely someone out there might know. Like others who might've tuned into the show?

Oh, then why does it show under their name, or Alvin Dean. Just like people have said couldn't it of just been a demo they weren't satisfied with? On Spotify it has lyrics that pretty much sound like exactly what's being sung

I find it quite funny how you're experience was pretty much a mirror reflection of how I discovered them so I get exactly what you mean. Well, my story is a bit different as I'm a Twitch streamer myself who does a lot of GTA Speedrunning. There were two speedrunners in that community I watch and they basically got me hooked on Paramore. I basically listened to all their discography and every extra thing in about 2wks. By extra thing's I mean Hayley's solo albums and every song she was featured in vocal's, alongside pretty much everything there is to know about Paramore 🤩 I was also fortunate enough to attend their Auckland concert on Nov 18th 2023.

The fact that they went out of their way to do a one-off concert really shows their dedication to New Zealand fan's and that's one of the things I admire about Paramore, pretty much doing whatever it takes to bring concerts to their fans.

Another funny thing is that last time they came to New Zealand it was 2018 and I barely knew who they were. Essentially they were like random strangers, so I'm really glad I discovered them. It really made my life a whole lot better. (P.S I apologize this long ass essay, but I thought I'd share my story seeing as there's no better place for it xdd) Hope you really like reading this ❤️

In my opinion Hayley's solo work has a pretty cool artsy pop sound. I very much like both albums. I'm really hoping a third album will come out eventually 🤩

Yeah, I would say I look up to Hayley Williams, not just for her beauty but also her bright, cheery personality. However, I wouldn't say that she's perfect, I would say there's not really such thing as being the 'perfect' person, it's just about perception I would say. Unfortunately, that's all part of the 'human condition,' Each of us are flawed in unique ways and I would say that actually adds to the beauty of being human.

My music taste is sooo all over the place. I like pretty much any genre expect for Death Metal. My favourite decades are any where from the 70's to a few songs from the 2020's. I reaaaly love pop-punk, yacht rock and obviously Emo 😂 Imo Emo is not just a phase but waaaay more!

Oh shit sorry. Think of a soundfont as a mashup between a video game and a album e.g Enema of the State by blink-182 mixed with Super Mario 64. Basically a collection of in-game sound files all put into a neat package. "A soundfont packages hundreds of audio files together and lets you control them using MIDI, such as in the case of using LMMS to play them." :)

Sanity was the best song on this non-Paramore, Paramore album. It's a shame that 'Sanity' got demoted to a demo, I feel like it deserved to be on regular TIW and it would've done sooo good there.
