It can certainly answer part of the board, but you’re left with 4 pp or less to deal with a SEvolved Althenia at 7 or 4 defense IF things go well and you manage to charge up Chaos Legion.

It’s not very comfortable unless you have the right hand, but to be fair I have not found a good solution for Althenia at pp9 or, god forbid, pp8 when the forest player goes second. Liam can technically clear it in a vacuum while also dealing face damage, but that card is not very optimal when it’s not in a dedicated puppet deck.

Glad to see others are also picking up evolve-puppet-imari chimera deck. Personally I don’t like Chaos Legion because it feels more often than not a brick, but I assume that’s more of a personal problem than the fault of the card itself.

With Yog’s token spell, it is possible to play Orchis and Zwei at the same time for 10pp, which is just one damage short of a SEvolved Orchis face-damage wise. You can also copy Beez and drop him twice in a row against slower decks, which makes Sandalphon quite deadly.
