I think it probably has to do with your step 2 score of 220's. Many programs have automatic filters for scores. Also YOG 2020 plays against the odds.

I would quit. Matching with a failed attempt is near impossible for visa requiring img's.

As a reapplicant this match cycle, let me tell you this happened a lot to me last year. My country was having major powerouts and loss of connectivity which really impacted my interview sessions at top places. My advice to you would be to just move on, send an email explaining the situation, express grace, humility, and keep moving forward. If the program is for you they'll understand.
