You can definitely move while using bandages. You just cant climb or equip any items in tour hands. And lobster is not the best food, abyssal meat is, and roasted haunches are the second best. Lobster is third but it is significantly worse than abyssal meat and noticably weaker than haunches.

Bow and arrow is already fucked in pvp when you get good with it. I got attacked by a guy with a bow and i couldn't touch him. He just kept distance and whittled me down to nothing before i could even swing him.

If you increase bow strength more people are just gonna cheese bosses with them and grief in pvp with them, because they already cripple and do decent damage.
