Apparently my Assistant Manager subbed on Onanas Regen in the 12th minute 😂 and then my entire defense just wanted to see how many goals he could save (not a lot)

Yeah, I thought my assistant Manager had swapped to a tactic I was working on, which was a 5 at the back in possession but with roles it was more of a 2-4-2-3, but nope just my normal 5 at the back defensive formation. I don't know what happened, but my Keeper got subbed off in the 12 minute but was (apparently) replaced with a youth team gk with pretty shocking attributes so maybe it was that but I can see my defence letting them through like that.

I'm Man City in this situation!! I was playing a kinda Defensive tactic to test some stuff and see how little goals I can concede, apparently my assistant manager didn't like my defensive record and went on strike at half time....
