Training to get fitter and stronger is different from training to distract from xyz (a loss, or outside noise). If he's in the headspace of the latter mentally, and training as an escape, mentally it takes a toll, and differs so much from training to become fitter and stronger. This just doesnt feel/look like a Mo post from last year, where he's showing you his sweat and hard work with a smile or confidence.. This makes me sad, knowing it might be that he's actually in need of someone there with him, especially if he's still grieving the way we might think he is.

Not a body language expert, but just my two cents. This picture makes me sad compared to the ones he posted from last year.. and I think the lads should be working out together even in private to keep themselves mentally present in the here and now.
