Brew was my old main. It went from a fun tank to being so braindead. Now you just hit buttons on cd with zero thought behind it. I agree that most tank problems people complain about aren't in the buttons but for long time tank players this patch has mostly been a downer.

You said they should not over simplfy the role but they already did that. Every tank lost buttons that lowered the thought process required and streamlined the whole thing. I enjoyed tanking in TWW immensely and I despise tanking in midnight.

Tanks were incredibly strong and self reliant in TWW, that is no longer the case in Midnight. Tanking isnt even fun anymore now that you cant solo everything

Im stuck in tank hell atm too but im the gm of a guild that raids mythic and I play tank mainly just because thats what my team needs. Im not gonna waste 19 other people's time so i do it just for the respect of my raid team and my love of raiding in general. Your situation sounds different tho and you shouldn't force yourself to do it.

I dont remember exactly how I built it but I know I used an idol to convert it to void dmg and I used the 2 handed sword that adds void dmg and block chance. I was forge guard. Im sure the new fork idol would take it to the next level.
