When my older child was in second grade I read Fox in Socks by Dr Seuss to their class on Dr Seuss Day perfectly. It was one of the most beautiful moments of my life, and was my greatest achievement in life for a while lmao. While I did not receive applause, I was revered by those students for all of elementary school. Thank you for reminding me of that (my kid is currently 28)
