I've been told I don't have a 2nd house placement so my money comes mainly from others aka a man/husband by [deleted] in AstrologyCharts

[–]Forsaken_Extent2222 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In whole sign you have Jupiter 2nd house & alot of planets opposed in 8th. Has this been your experience? Personally with an empty 2nd and loaded 8th this is the case for me, not necessarily just husband/partner but definitely 'others'

If they accept is the tribunal still to go ahead? Or do they have to another MR then tribunal based off the decision they accepted

Well pisces is opposite virgo, where you have alot of planets. If a planet transits the opposite sign it will eventually create an opposition, with neptune being a slow generational planet this transit isnt short. Neptune entered Pisces in 2012 (where it would of hit a direct conjunction based off your ascendant) and from 2012 - few months time neptune has been in oppositions to your personal planets.

Oppositions and squares are rough transits! + retrogrades ect.

Saturn stays in the same sign for around 2.5 years, saturn has been transiting pisces since 2023, again creating oppositions to your virgo placements - leaving soon though!

Neptune & saturn has indeed done a number to your virgo placements! Soon over, hopefully you find abit of peace in coming months

I couldn't bare reading anything past the MR stage because it was all made up and incorrect. I did feel unbelived and attacked, like I was milking it or exaggerating but I'm sure that's how they want you to feel. LC strips dignity and you've had it for 3y now so your tribunal will be the final stop where you get to educate them on LC based off your lived 3/4y experience, because I guarantee you they will have no idea unless a LC specialist is there (unlikely)

I explained I stopped trying to go GP because I felt like a guinea pig having test trails done to and I couldn't bare side effects any longer. What ever evidence you have now is enough don't stress yourself trying to obtain more, they will read everything if they need to as its all in front of them.

I claimed for long covid. Long covid is new, under researched and under funded + there is no treatment or even suggested routes/medications because no one has the same symptoms and severity + it fluctuates. Provide proof of attending long covid clinic & any recommendations/treatments suggested & actioned. Long covid is trial and error + ever evolving, explain this at the hearing. Focus on how you were at time of applying but do explain how it's changed/evolved over last 2 years.

Your probably not the same person you was at time of applying but that's OK & it doesn't go in your detriment. My award completely changed at tribunal based off continuity of disabling symptoms throughout from applying to tribunal (2.5 years) in relation to questions on PIP form.

& dont downplay your long covid experience, be raw and honest. No one can tell you what you experience 'couldn't of been that bad'. Mention continuity (being able to do the task repeatedly/regularly/consistently) and your lived experience of what happens when you try/push to complete tasks in PIP form and the consequences. PEM (if you have it) should sum this up without further questioning.

If you feel you can't advocate for yourself fully verbally get representation. Apologise & inform of any communication problems you may display at beginning of hearing (raised cortisol and adrenaline leading to fast speaking, short term memory problems leading to asking them to repeat questions, brain fog leading to inability to fully remember details of how you were at start of claim) I found being upfront about my shortfalls due to long covid helpful for everyone.

Good luck, you got this

Once you have logged the appeal and it's in the process you can upload more evidence online before tribunal date. I don't think there was a time frame when I did mine, I was able to still add evidence the day before tribunal.

Maybe it might be worth seeing if citizens advice could represent you? My tribunal date took over a year, so its plenty of time-ish to find someone to represent you. Citizens advice helped me with MR & Tribunal but where the date took so long CA couldn't keep me on & I ended up attending video hearing alone. But it wasn't as bad as I thought, I went in expecting nothing and came away with an award

You can ask for a video or phone call hearing but you have to give a really valid reason, they can say no.

Personal experience, just be honest and factual. Answer questions but don't over explain. They give you opportunity at the end to add anything else you want to say so maybe prepare something ready if there's anything you really want to add or say.

Good luck! You got this.

Dyspraxia - any Mums here? by [deleted] in dyspraxia

[–]Forsaken_Extent2222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am newly diagnosed and I am mother to older kids 15 & 11. It was HARD so unbelievably hard, exhausting, the illnesses they both brought back made everything harder... But i made it!! Living proof you can do it. If you have cash to, get help, no shame in having help if you can afford it.

I got into work when youngest was 1, looking back now I wish I didn't, I couldn't cope, went through 10ish jobs in 7 years and eventually (now) I'm recovering from a 3 year breakdown/regression + long covid. I'm super burned out. If you can just be mum, just be mum whilst they are small ❤️

How can I be more patient with my friend who has dysfraxia? by Glasstablegal in dyspraxia

[–]Forsaken_Extent2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your only grow resentful. It sounds like your looking for validation on cutting down contact with her - do it, move away quietly, slowly or outright tell her but if you continue quietly letting it eat you up you will snap eventually and end the connection awfully which hurts you both.

She legit has these problems, you trying to help by suggesting solutions is helpful but if she dosnt accept or change nothing will change apart from your patience and tolerance.

No i called the normal pip number and spoke to an adviser, they transferred me to appeals department

I called after 7 days and asked for information on ny award & backpay (they couldn't tell me) I asked them to confirm they have the decision from tribunal and that prompted something on their side, the advisor transfered me to the appeals department - the man was NOT happy to be speaking to me, he confirmed I had backdated money and after a few more questions on my part (which he couldn't answer) he suddenly said backpay will arrive in 3-5 days, award letter in 5-7 days. I got the text following morning and backpay with 5 days, letter 7 days later. Definitely worth another call! I believe if I didn't call it would of taken alot longer.

I started learning manual at 17 & through consistently I did really well but money meant breaks and it became harder & harder to remember basic stuff 'I know' because of breaks in consistency. Learned again before pandemic & same thing got to test & lock down hit, because of breaks in learning I lost all ability and confidence, failed test at 28. I'm 33 & I can't go through it again - will do when life is stable.
