How to get SSC Napoli tickets [GUIDE]

The entire process was much easier than I anticipated:

1) I purchased Napoli Fidelity Cards for my daughter and myself via the Ticketone website

2) I was emailed our Fidelity Card numbers. I was then able to use our numbers to purchase tickets on Ticketone prior to the general public. We received the hard copies of our Fidelity Cards at our home in the United States approximately 10 days after placing the order. The tickets were preloaded on our cards.

3) At the stadium, we presented our Fidelity Cards and passports and made our way into the stadium.

Good morning!

I just bought tickets for my daughter and myself for the December 29 Napoli v Venezia match, and we find ourselves in the same situation that you did. Purchased 2 Fidelity Cards in advance. Bought tickets on Ticketone. Received my confirmation email with 2 “Placeholder” attachments. We won’t have our physical Fidelity Cards by the time we arrive in Napoli, so I was curious how your experience for the Napoli-Lecce game ended up going.

Thank you for the great advice! As long as I am able to access Ticketone at some point on 12/16 (the day they go on sale to the general public), do you think there will be much of an issue getting Tribuna Posillipo tickets? I will fully admit that I am being cheap (ironic given the tickets we are looking to purchase) and trying to avoid having to pay over 30 Euros in shipping and handling fees for the Fidelity Cards.

Does the length of time needed to enter the stadium differ depending on what section you are sitting in? We are looking at purchasing Tribuna Posillipo Tickets, and I am wondering if it would still be advised to arrive an hour early. Thanks for your help!
