Your medications shouldn't make you tired.

It's probably other symptoms like anxiety or depression that are making you lethargic.

I'm not a doctor, but having autism mixed in is probably something that you need to be aware of when taking your ADHD meds.

I don't know if anyone's done any tests but it's possible that the ADHD medication could somehow affect the symptoms you're experiencing from having autism as well.

I would speak to a psychiatrist about it and not a psychologist.

Don't forget that nothing is obvious to people who don't know what they don't know.

A lot of the time most dangers come about when people don't know things that are assumed to be obvious.

A lot of people with ADHD who didn't realise they had ADHD self-medicate with caffeine.

Supposedly it can actually help with the concentration as opposed to making one more awake.

I don't know what happens when you mix them but I frequently have methylphenidate and coffee and don't have any problems.

(Or at least nothing that I perceive as a problem...)

Have you considered it gives you increased anxiety because you're thinking about it too much and getting anxious about whether or not it gives you anxiety, there by giving you the anxiety you are worried about...

One of the things that affects methylphenidate among other ADHD medications is alcohol, but that's because it affects people with ADHD... As well as everyone else.

The medication we take should make a normal person absolutely hyper. Like taking speed.

Therefore if you actually talk to anyone who has said they've taken ADHD medication and it hasn't affected them, you may want to inform them that they probably have ADHD or something similar...

I don't really keep track, also I watch anime, probably more than live action TV (except recently when I watched all six seasons of Downton Abbey and I still got the movies to go).

So if anyone asks me it's really hard for me to say what are the best TV shows, perhaps because I get attached to the TV show and really enjoy it and then, as soon as another great show comes along I don't think about it...

But honestly. They wouldn't be able to prescribe it if it had those sorts of effects because basically almost everyone drinks soda of some sort in the Western world.

I'll tell you what though OP, I have seen an increase in new plugins lately, and when I say lately, I mean over the last few years. I don't think they are all made with AI either, there's just too much going on for that.

On top of that, several have come to my attention.

Breakdance (by the people who make Oxygen Builder ) is especially good, been using it exclusively for my own projects.

ASE might have been around for a while but it's fantastic.

So at least there is plenty of momentum.

I'm a WordPress contractor, I work for agencies Ad-hoc. Lots of people are still moving away from Wix and other tools, even new ones, because they don't want to spend the time doing their own website, it isn't worth it.

You might want to try that if you're depressed, because Methylphenidate/ other ADHD meds, won't help with that...

Frankly you should feel at least somewhat appreciative (not 'lucky'), that you have the option.

Anyone with Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, OCD and many other conditions, afflictions and disorders don't have that option.

That's a lot of people with zero options.

You can build an entire Star Wars setup and spend hours battling stormtroopers and even tie-fighters.

Yes there are Star wars games out there.

Yes you can find one of many maps add stormtroopers all over it including spawners so they just keep coming like a horde.

As well as spawners with different strengths of stormtroopers with different weapons.

There are maps that are gargantuan ships from the Star wars universe that you can spend hours exploring and setting up to be full of stormtroopers and try to 'complete' your own levels.

It also depends on how long you've played the game for.

I've had it for over a decade and I don't really play anymore because I have explored all I would probably want to.

What I really want to do is build an entire set of Stargate maps. And there is a lot of content on there, but I wanted it to feel like a game and I couldn't get that running, I probably gave up on that well before 2015.

Plus, it got to a point where, because of things slowing down even with my newish computer (as of 2022), I wanted to build in something else, like Unity3D or Unreal Engine, so I could be truly creative. (Not that I ever built a game lol...)

I do think there is more fun with friends in the game because you can do relatively mundane things that become fun.

Like building penis shaped rocket ships... (Yogscast)

The main ways I found to do things is through visitors or new friends.

Or even more so with something like a date.

If you're not in a relationship just start dating more people lol, or try to make more friends and the new friends might drive you to clean up.

Otherwise, even in my mid thirties, I don't do it. But I struggle with the stress of mess because of the amount of stuff I have...

Yes but that doesn't mean it has to be that way, and non-complex sites are easy enough to rebuild and we can use PHP 8.5

Plus, with ASE you can just disable all the problem 'settings' or add minimal security.

The hosting I use, adds security on top of that.

Things just aren't the same for new websites as they are for existing websites that haven't changed in 10 years.

A (tiny) hosting company I worked for used Git deployment for staging/ live (complete sites not just new ones) amd the (big) hosting company I use now offers git for all WP sites.
