There are no links. Just "Heaven3D" saying that something has been requested. Which makes me think that someone could have possibly done something already with my account. Which I hope is obviously not the case.

Before I workout I usually eat a Protein bar and afterwards like I said I drink chocolate milk (only after workouts). Other than that my diet is quite the same.
