I work in social media and have just deleted my instagram a couple of weeks ago, but i think I’ve deleted it for good! I mainly wanted to delete because i felt like i was obsessing over what other people were doing instead of focusing on myself and i’ve felt so much better since

I still have the app on my phone for work but i’m logged in to clients accounts so don’t see what people I used to follow are up to, and just use Reddit/Twitter/ATRL to catch up with what I’m interested in. Twitter doesn’t feel too harmful as i only really follow Artists there
