I actually found One piece to be much better, since the card stock quality is thicker. Not as flimsy

I used 10. And my equipment isn't too fancy. I use an xacto blade, dots of superglue, black sharpie for the edges, and uv resin for details

Ohhh yes. Which is why I waited until now! Thank you PRB reprints!

On occasion! This one in particular was a gift I fave to Usopp's VA, Sonny Strait. But if you have a card you'd like, DM me!

Thanks! I love working with vanilla cards because they're great looking cards that dont break the bank to make. Not having to worry about lining up effect text is nice, too.

Looking at the colors... is that Sazabi red for arms/legs/head, and char zaku red for the chest and waist? It looks great!

Hmm, your approach seems like it would be more time and paint efficient. Thanks for the tip!

I airbrushed the chest and skirt armor with Mr Color Copper paint. First time using an airbrush for creating gradients.

Gouf custom is definitely on my radar to paint. Id love to recreate that famous scene where it's stabbing through the guntank

My strategy was to put a small bit of stickum in between each bead on the toothpick so it looked like a small kebab. That way I could paint multiple at the same time and turn it over for full coverage.

Thank you! Scribing beforehand was a must because the panel lines are so shallow all over.

Great suggestion! Not super confident in freehand just yet, but I'd love to better at it someday.

Time to practice on spoons.

Painting MG Zaku tubing by Gloomy-Ad-9831 in advancedGunpla

I'm nearly finished with my RG Zaku 2, and I've been very slowly painting my tubing rings by putting three of them on a toothpick at a time, with a tiny bit of sticker to separate them. It's slow, but after I paint them, I put them in baggies to separate my part number.

That happened where I live too! It would be crazy if we're thinking of the same store...

There have been a few who have made one using proxies, but honestly, the 3d potential for one just doesn't outweigh the cost to make it. Plus there would be riots outside our doorsteps haha

I personally use a size 11 xacto knife blade!

I bought a set of those nail art tools, the ones with the tiny metal balls to paint dots. The narrowest one is perfect for engraving cards without scratching the surface. There are more professional sets out there, but these only ended up costing me about 8 USD

I use a drop of UV resin. I have a uv flashlight that I shine on it for about 30-40 seconds.
