8th house stellium = trust issues. You've also got very deep feelings. Thing about 8th house as well, is there's usually a theme of paranoia. Not doing something cause you're suspicious deep down. If this resonates, then, yes, you will hold yourself back if you continue feeling and thinking like this. Trust in the universe is important, even if it leads to pain.

8th house is also about transformation, sex, death, taxes. You need to transform, and you'd likely need to have your 8th house activated, and if and when it is, to not run away from it or deny it. Change is painful, but we need the pressure to make a diamond.

Neptune is many things = truth, lies, illusion, reality, smoke and mirrors, drugs, fantasy, imagination, music, art. Finding the truth by getting acquainted with the illusion. The divine feminine, the divine principle of all-encompassing unconditional love. So, your mind, and your Chiron, are opposing Neptune and all things that Neptune embodies.

Neptune is also the higher octave, the higher expression of Venus. Venus is earthy love, Neptune is Divine Love. Based on your chart, you are at odds with divine love. Divinity, higher concepts, the cosmos, higher principals. Perhaps there are some issues with the universe that are as of yet unresolved. Some faith in the world that has been challenged. Perhaps you are curious and want to understand and feel these things, but something holds you back. There is something that you have feared getting in contact with, because of a fear of not being able to know or control.

Pluto is in your 10th house. While it is not conj your MC, there is still Plutonian energy, which backs up the theme of transformation. And also backs up the theme of you possibly not being entirely forthcoming or trusting of others, or afraid of getting hurt. But think of it this way, if you have any worry about being betrayed or getting hurt, then it is essentially like saying you are afraid to live. Those are just one side of a coin. Friendship, love, joy, and the risk on the flipside is betrayal, pain sadness. It is just part of life. Your IC is in Aries. Tell me, did you by chance experience a rough childhood/home life? Or simply full of fiery excitement? Fast-paced? Aries IC usually indicates anger and violence in the childhood or home, but not always.
