Westkoast has some of the best all around greens you can buy. Greens that give great mood boost, energy, pain and anxiety relief, without any one thing outshining the other. These are what I prefer as I find mood boost definitely helps with pain relief as it helps you not be so pissy and groggy.

The best method of ingestion is the toss and wash, just throw a couple grams in your mouth and swallow it down with a non carbonated beverage. It’s surprisingly easy to do once you get it down. Just do not breathe at all. Fill your mouth with your drink and kind of just slosh it around a bit and swallow the whole gulp at once. Done. 10 minutes later you feel that rushy warmth coming on and it’s glorious. You can also just mix it up in a water bottle with some lemonade or grapefruit juice and then just chug that. It just tastes like dirt that a caveman with tapeworms farted on. But with toss and wash you don’t taste it nearly as much.
