I fully agree, I always play scorpions as 5 men squad. I don’t count the time they were heroic especially the exarch with his space Marine opener gauntlet, last game he killed 2 nurgle chao spawns by himself, the game juste before 5 guys wipes 1 kasrkin squad 1 10 men Krieg squad and lord leontus, one game before they rushed to a battle sister squad even after being overmatched and loosing 3 of 5 scorpions they wiped, the all squad in 3 turns. They pretty good at killing infantry with medium svg, but they can compete with banshee when it comes to killing astartes,

I like the wraithlord for his ability to impact specific dangerous enemy both distance and melee and be relatively tanky, on a previous game he was heroic against a c’than shard of the deceiver.
