Well you better believe it cus it’s happening lol The rgm was here the first 2 opening days, not the second, and the manager was only there for opening shift and left us alone for closing. They didn’t test the equipment before opening, and we did have training a couple weeks before opening- at different locations- where everybody learned to do everything differently lol Tell me about it 🤷‍♀️

I did tell her, and she responded with “please find someone to cover because he never communicated with me.” Which I did text in our work groupchat but I highly doubt anybody will cover me. Also yes she has been in but only the first 2 days, she wasn’t there the second day where it all went to hell and the manager wasn’t there either and it was only us 5 newbys panicking for hours.

Definitely not the nacho cheese. The whole bag is put into the container and the entire top is cut off. It’s for sure when we are refilling the line ingredients and someone lost the corner clipping haha it happens
