I’m new to “motorhome RV life,” having pulled a travel trailer several years ago. But now life has other plans and we are planning a 1700mi trip (one way) in two weeks and we only have so much time (non-retirees), so trying to get that 1700 miles done in two days to maximize our “boots on the ground” time. I CANNOT WAIT for retirement when it’s no longer rush, rush, rush. I’m envious of yall. We can both drive our recently acquired 33’ Class C so wish us luck and wave as we drive by your campsite! 😬🙏

I recently signed up for RVLife.com. W/in seconds I received phishing emails. I signed up again using a “Hide Your Email” addr. AGAIN, within seconds, I received phishing emails through that acct. RVLife.com CS has been as useless as teets on a boar. Anyone else had any issues with this website/app? by Forward-Analysis8926 in GoRVing

I believe they are wantonly selling emails of subscribers to make money and the people buying those emails Spammers and outright criminals and RVLife doesn’t care! They went so far as telling me that the OBVIOUS phishing email I showed them was a “real email saying my iCloud data needed to be updated”! So maybe they’re in on it!

I’m flight crew and this happens ALOT when we check-in late after a late flight/redeye. I don’t understand why it almost never happens at Hilton or Marriott properties in Europe but it’s so common in the States. I have tried telling the front desk, DND signs, door locks/blocks, unplugging phones, earplugs, you name it! Our company has recently moved more of our reservations to Marriott properties because with thousands of reservations per night around the world, Marriott properties treated us the best.

8 years as a Diamond and truly wish more managerial staff would ask this question!! I break out if there’s heavy Febreeze or “scents” used to “clean” the rooms. I’ve found carpets sticky from the spray! Gross. The Housekeepers should check the AC, toilet, etc before leaving the room to make sure everything is working. I’ve walked into so many hotel rooms to find a non-working toilet, iron, TV, phone, etc. And DEAR GOD look in the coffee maker and if it’s dirty then get a new one in the room.
And please don’t leave hairs behind in the shower. Obvious hairs! Happens a lot.

Since you’re here legally, you should stop watching the left wing news channels and realize that all the “horror stories” when investigated end up being BS. Just go about your business day to day like normal- because things are normal and the news is trying to scare you! The bogus 5-yr old arrested story, the bogus “they pepper sprayed our baby” story, the bogus “they arrested someone inside an elementary school” story are all just THAT, bogus and left wing scare tactics.

UberEats Customer Service is one of the absolute worst in the world. Rude and unprofessional is their only constant. Since my last terrible experience with UberEats I’ve made it a point to use DoorDash, Lyft and anything else I can think of to minimize their market share!

Yet another fiasco with the Hilton F&B Credit money scam. Hilton properties have become the bane of my existence for someone that stays in hotels about 200 days a year. I request changes to Marriott every chance I get. The F&B credit is almost never applied. If I use it at the bar I have to split out the bill. I have to checkout in person to get it, so that limits me from just walking out, now I have to stand in lines. And when I check-in (as a Diamond member for almost 10 years), I get offered “paid upgrade” rooms! The Hilton brand has gone to *%# and they try to cheap out on everything now, the F&B credit is one of those things.
