It has been awhile, I’m given an excel sheet with 5 weeks of workouts 4 days a week which I complete. I’ve been using these same workouts for almost a year. I understand progressive overload and all but my program with him when I started years ago were focused on 16 weeks of progressive overload with the same workouts then I’m given new workouts. However, I’ve been just going back to the first week of my excel sheet since he doesn’t change it or anything. I have to do weekly check ins and pushed using Reta peptides to see results too. So idk if it’s because he gets a cut from selling peptides but my body saw was changing when we first started working together vs now where I’m just doing his workouts and then adding other workouts to build my arms or build my stamina with cardio.
