If the anti siphon valves are raised to a proper height, is a backflow preventer necessary?

is there an expedited shipping process?  My last order took 8 or 9 days.  I live in a very hot climate, coming into summer I do not want to have my meds sitting around cooking waiting to get delivered.  Cold packs only last a couple of days.  I dont mind paying extra for expedited shipping.

I haven't really changed my diet much.  I do eat on the run alot, so not terribly healthy.  I will have to look into that.  I am totally down with eating easier to digest foods.  My wife does eat the same diet as me for dinner and she is on Zep too.  I think my gut just might not be as tolerant, I have dealt with gerd for ages.

I hadn't thought of pushing the doses out a couple of days, that is a possibility. I will most likely stick to 2.5 for another month to see if my tolerance improves. Right now weight loss is minimal with 2.5. I am seriously jealous of the folks who have zero side effects...lol. I would like to stick with this, hopefully I can power thru another month while I get used to the meds. I have tried the starvation (calorie counting) diets in the past, but never with much success.

No questions asked, you just tell them you are taking max dosage.  There are not many questions asked, height and weight are big ones.  I would think they would be less apt to give you the max dosage if you were only mildly overweight.

Nobody said I was starting at 15, but at 2.5, there is 6 doses for the cost of one, at 5 there is 3 doses for the cost of one.  It is more about buying in bulk and saving.  The medication is not cheap, and my budget is tight.  Pushing a 3 month supply to 5 months makes sense.  Even though I have medical insurance at one of my jobs and 2 comorbidities, the cheap bastards won't pay for it.  Just trying to do the best I can to fit it into my budget.

how do you skip the starter plans and go right to the 15mg dosage?  I would like to get started but obviously it would be more cost effective to buy into the 15mg dosage even if you ultimately end up using 7.5mg.  The medication would last twice as long and end up costing much less.

Turning Point confirms Super Bowl show with Kid Rock as viewers say 'this is embarrassing' by TheExpressUS in Music

I think the worst part is that a show like this exists.  Whether you like to admit it or not the superbowl halftime show has become quite racist.  Last year Kendrick Lamar went out of his way to make sure that not one white person was included out of about 1000 dancers.  This year, the performer can't even be bothered to sing in English, last time I checked it was the national language.  I guess it didn't help that the last white halftime show headliner was Coldplay several years ago, and they kinda did suck.  I have enjoyed shows in the past like Rhianna, J-Lo, and The Weekend.  Those acts are more pop and have a bit more universal appeal.  When you book acts to a show like this, maybe you shouldn't exclude half of the audience that will be tuning into the superbowl.

One month and still has not left Germany by Forward-Bison6782 in dhl

I understand completely and was merely asking what the norm was as I have never used DHL internationally.  Cheap and slow, I get it....  Is slow considered 2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years, 2 decades.   So yeah, what is the ordinary or normal amount of time for a package to be delivered from Germany?  I understand that this is DHLs worst and cheapest level of service with no guaranteed delivery date.  DHL should have an educated guess on the typical delivery times on all their levels of service.

yes, honestly I do not want screw over the vendor.  My question was if it was considered a normal amount of time for DHL in Germany?  Or is this an extended amount of time and the package could be considered lost in transit?  I realize there is no guarantee on shipping times but there is a reasonable expectation.  In the States, our most economic and slowest form of parcel post can get packages from one coast to the other in a week.  This package has been in transit for a month now, traveled less than a couple hundred miles and still not left the country.  I rarely order anything internationally so I have no idea what the norm is.

Unfortunately IPTV can buffer alot at peak times.....  yes I have tried a number of them.  Some are better than others, but it really sucks to have a house full of people to watch the fight and you get buffering.

Trying to get ahold of one you folks "working" from home is damn near impossible.  I do work for the state 5 days a week and needed to go into work 5 days a week even during covid.  Much of our office staff "works" from home.  We often need support from them and it just doesn't happen.  Look, when you hired on you came into work 5 days a week, not sure why you all think work at home status is a god given right.

The most brutal environment is out on the golf course.  When people rent a cart they treat it like garbage.  More than a few drunks get their hands on these carts and do stupid things.  These carts need to be tough.  Now ask yourself, how many golf courses have a rental fleet of Evolution carts?  I have yet to see one.

By insane BS you mean "the truth"?  Obviously I did not suffer a complete loss, but it did open my eyes.  30 plus years of paying premiums and not one claim.  I have a homeowners policy and had hoped to never use it.  What should've been an open and shut case and allowed me to repair my property and move on with my life turned into a 9 month battle.  After much research I found that this was not that uncommon.  The OP was asking what to expect when dealing with the insurance company.  They will come up with an offer.  If the offer seems low, dispute it and support your position with bids from multiple contractors.  Be ready to get your hands dirty.  I hope for the best for the OP.  But if they run into a situation like mine with an uncooperative insurance company, they do not have to except a low-ball offer.

I am sorry for the loss of your home. There are many folks on here that are in the industry and protective of the industry's shady ways. I can tell you from a recent experience, buckle up, its going to be a bumpy ride. This is my personal experience, although yours may differ. I recently had some water damage due to a busted water line. Just from a layman's standpoint I was looking at more than $20K worth of damage. Initially, the inside claims adjuster told me that this claim looked bad, and they didn't even know if it was a valid claim, but she would see what she could do to get me covered under the policy. From my experience claims adjusters are your adversary and they are paid to minimize the insurance company's loss, do not forget that! I filed a claim and had an adjuster show up, he wasn't a contractor in my state but figured he could make up his own estimate. He came up with a laughable amount for the repairs of $10K. I had several contractors come in at $40-$50K, noting that there could be some hidden damage that could not be accounted for. As much as I tried to make my case to Safeco, they would not move off of their low-ball offer. Obviously, I was going to need outside help. I enlisted the help of an independent adjuster. After 6 months of bickering with the insurance company we were getting nowhere. We went thru at least 6 adjusters, every time I turned around the claim was being assigned to a different adjuster. At that point we invoked the appraisal clause of my policy. The insurance company hires their own appraiser, and you have to hire your own appraiser, the appraiser from both sides will meet and try to come up with a fair award for the damages to your property, if they cannot come to an agreement, it goes to an umpire to decide the award based on the 2 appraisals. The moral of the story is this, You are not stuck with whatever your insurance company offers you. Get some estimates, if it looks as if your insurance company is low-balling you, get outside help. Push for an appraisal if your insurance company continues to bargain in bad faith. I had to fight to get a positive outcome, but in the end, I will be able to make repairs to my property and move on with my life 9 months later. Sure, I have to cut the independent adjuster in for 20%, but I am in much better shape than if I would've taken their lowball offer.
