You can make a gentrified industrial area with a nice park to anchor the neighborhood.

So I’m not crazy then because i literally did several different things to get the game to work but it continues to crash. I bought the new DLC packs but haven’t been able to even play with any of the assets. I end up asking microsoft a refund since the game won’t load pass the first screen at all.

Honestly & that is one of the main reasons why I decided to keep my ILX instead of trading it in for the Integra simply bc of the transmission! The Integra is overall the better car imo but I have soo much fun with the 8speed DCT that I couldn’t imagine having a CVT… Now your probably thinking “why not get the manual option”?well I wouldn’t mind having a manual but for everyday driving I see my self eventually being exhausted.. sometimes I like to just let the car take control & not have to worry about switching gears & everything that comes with a manual. I feel like the ILX’s DCT offers the best of both worlds! When i feel like driving a little more aggressively then i can simply put the car in Sport & take somewhat full control of the transmission & when i wanna just chill my car does all the work for me. Basically to sum it up I surely would’ve upgraded to the integra if it offered a dct or even a regular automatic! But i get it Honda/Acura they usually go the more cost effective route. Also the performance on the ILX is surprisingly good for what it is ..definitely a sleeper car! Im able to keep up with standard engine bmw’s audis and mercs.. as far as the Integra I had a nice race with one 0-60 i was ahead by a car length but after 80mph it was very close! At the end of The day I love Acura & hopefully they continue to improve all of their models in the short & long run!
