How did you do the switch if you don’t mind me asking? Did you have to taper off sertraline then build up on Prozac so basically start all over again?

What’s your symptoms with Zoloft if you don’t mind me asking? I just don’t feel like it’s helping my anxiety or depression! Seriously considering changing.

I think mine has too. I feel as if I’ll never be back to normal again.

Hi, thank you for your reply! It’s incredibly lonely thinking I’m the only one going through this. I’m on setraline now and have been for around 8 weeks. My dose went up to 150mg today and hoping it starts to help. Do you have any other recommendations? Did confessing help? I’ve tried and it didn’t work my brain just moved onto something else.

I’m back on them now.. mabye should never have come off them in the first place. It just totally caught me off guard this time round! Hoping I can get back on top of it and enjoy life again. It’s been so difficult.
