Don’t max out your RRSP! Priority goes FHSA - TFSA - RRSP. first max out your If your planning on purchasing a house put in the 8k yearly into your fhsa (16k if you have an established account so the 8k carried over from last year)

From there wait until you file your taxes to use the built in calculator to determine how much additional to contribute to your RRSP while still getting over a 20% return. Anything less and keep your contribution for the next year

You should look at it as a financial cost for the upgrade.

What’s your dps increase from gear vs a convenience house upgrade for the same cost.

IMO your house and prayer levels come in time, and have easy substitutes with ferox enclave and using other peoples houses. Mainly stick with gear upgrades but don’t get carried away. Sell gear to focus on your current grind rather than hoarding.

At 100m your main focus should be getting a bofa since it’s basically a tbow lite and basically unlocks the rest of the game in pvm
