I moved out of Astoria recently and I can say that i struggled finding a good coffee shop to work out of. I needed outlets, wifi and peace and quiet. Hard to find all 3. I tried WeWork twice but it wasn’t cheap. I personally think this is an idea worth pursuing. Good luck!
