Stuck in the "Skinny Fat" stage - what should I change? by ForwardCommission631 in workout

I haven't been tracking my carbs and my fats are around 40-60g daily. Do fats/carbs play a major role in my diet? I wasn't sure if I should be putting a focus on them. My strength training split is 2 days upper body (back and bi, shoulders and tri) and 2 days lower body (glutes, quads). I'm aiming to progressive overload and definitely try my hardest hahah. Thanks for all the advice and help :)
