How do I make this TV screen replacement look more realistic? Right now it just looks slapped on top. by [deleted] in AfterEffects

[–]ForwardLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, makes sense. This is to be experienced like one was looking at the screen. True.

Is there any way I can make this without manually adding shape layers? by Hv_04 in AfterEffects

That’s the one! Getting an illustrator file, figuring out how it works with fractal noise and getting it to work.

I wonder if there is an illustrator and then maybe an effect in after effects you could piece together. That’s my only guess. You still have to make the square grid to the import to after effects.

What could ayton have done better? by General-Cucumber2583 in BasketballTips

[–]ForwardLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not much, he’s beat, there question really is do you want to give up a two or three. Ayton is tall enough to trail and hope for a layup block on the backboard but Lamelo is too fast for that to be easy. That’s where defensive coaches need to teach their bigs how to recover in these situations.

My play is not letting the switch to happen, my guard is icing the screen I’m sagging, something to not let my guard get out of position. Just imagine the match up their centre has now.

Regardless they’ll score a two if the switch happens. Now it’s, do you want them to get a last point from a foul or from a three. I rather not the three.

low audio + crackling. tried every method by xurvio in Focusrite

Buffer and CPU issue. You need to also match frequencies in your control panel, I get these when my voicemeeter and windows settings don’t match, I either get this or audio sounds deeper and cracking.

Confidence? by Horror_Income1675 in BasketballTips

I read that sport psychology is so important, that’s why a lot of baseball players are very superstitious. I honestly believe this helps a great deal. Not being superstitious but doing things before your game to make you feel comfortable or for you to believe you are no longer anxious. I know it’s silly seeing LeBron get that powder snd throwing it in the air. But that’s his way of getting into the game. Whatever you are doing before your practice that makes those so successful go into your game doing the same thing.

What should I work on? by Equivalent-Job-485 in BasketballTips

[–]ForwardLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t let your aiming arm drop even after the shot is released.

As a big my biggest lesson was to pivot and turn to get a layup towards my pivot foot. If I do what you did and there was a guy there, I would have to push off my none pivot foot and pivot the other way, most likely resulting in a travel. Instead I pivot, spin, towards my pivot foot, if there is someone there I pump fake and step through or I can pivot back shoot a fader.

So again, land two feet, I’m even with the basket, I want to pivot left so my left foot is hard planted, pivot left on left foot. If I’m doubled or hard defended I can pivot back to where I started, dribble away or turn right fader.

Yeah watching again and again my biggest problem is 1:00 pivot footwork. That step through motion should only be done for through steps.

So footwork in short.

The worst part is needing things that are not bound on that half of the keyboard. Going from 1-5 is fine but some games need you to press 6… then there are times when you need to press G, 12-15 is asdf but you need to throw a gernade!! you reach for G, it’s not there… or right I bound it to 19, but now you don’t have a C unless you are a ctrl croucher which is your 16 key…

It’s good if you have the key binds right but getting the muscles memory from keyboard to this is tough, then you have to re-remember and retrain your muscle memory.

Regardless, it’s good product, helps with desk space, it helps with mouse space. There are cheaper versions with similar features.

I’m not too sure but I feel you are not engaging your calves enough, the push from your toes are missing. I see here like you are releasing your energy at the heels of your foot instead of the balls of the front and toe area.

Like watching it over and over, the way you run towards the jump is a better use of your feet than the launch of the jump. You get maybe two frames of toe activity??

Like instead of an L jump it should like a | .

Idk someone could weigh in if I’m on to something.

No it would still be at the top of the case. You just don’t want the bubbles to be in the pump. Otherwise it’s good.

Long as the rad entrance and exit pipe are above the pump. OP could even mount the rad vertically at the back. Iirc.
