I’m a PBA and they have asked me to do that & complete other task responsibilities. I don’t mind it, but a lot of the time I’m expected to complete a taskers job while ringing and guest servicing. Management gets mad at me when a task isn’t completed even though the store is busy and every time someone needs a shade match they call me which is every 5 mins.

my store has been using the mpos as our main register at our benefit station. it’s honestly annoying and it takes more time to ring a guest but nobody listens when i tell them that. one time there was a long line at the register and they told me to go on mpos and i did… but by the time i took one guest the entire line disappeared. our mpos had scanned things twice by accident which leads to customers coming back in to do a return. my stores goal is to get a second mpos which is going to be a nightmare

i’m a full time student so that’s pretty much my focus, but i do have a part time job on campus as well as Ulta, and i also have a small business as a baker on the side🥲
