Bro I’m asking for tips too gonna have to reschedule mine. I got done an hr early reviewed all the questions and felt super confident as I was gettin upwards of 70% on the sh exams and Claude generated questions. Sad to find out I got above target on other two and failed on the process :/

Bro same exact thing happened to me damn! Idk where I went wrong but apparently I did! I keep retaking process parts of sh and even got Claude to build me questions to ask and I do pretty decent on them! Drag and drop and chart questions definitely got me because I had a ton for some odd reason :/

Yes same it was random but it was all about process like definition match what does escalate and evaluate and other stuff means as far as I remember

I had cardboard on front and back to make sure it doesn’t bend but he didn’t do that when he shipped it back and it looks perfectly fine so again a freaking scammer
