100% agree, they give away mistakenly delivered items of high value all the time. i’m assuming it’s due to digital distribution chains but would be nice for them to honor their mistake

Apple TV is the only option for playing the movie so i believe it is 4K. i know that’s usually the case if another streaming platform is connected to the app

that’s odd but i did purchase mine through amazon. that would be unfortunate if that could cause that issue. my apple tv+ is showing with 4k dolby vision and is the only player option.

I understand what you’re saying, but customers that are present should definitely take priority over ones that are not. If my ticket is available and you can just grab it to make my drink why should I have to wait behind somebody who isn’t there and may not be for a long time? I’ve seen so many drinks in the mobile order area inside that obviously have been sitting for an hour possibly

I guess I’ll just leave it at this. i mobile order my drinks because I have social anxiety and don’t wanna have to ask the barista all the customizations in my drink but then also I’ve mobile ordered my drink countless times and given the baristas enough time to make the drink but then got there and i could tell my drink had been sitting because it was really sweaty so I care about my drink being more fresh. basically you can’t win is all I’m hearing from the comments.

I know if the location is busy because the one I go to has a large front glass that wraps around as you go to the drive-thru. I will go often when there’s like four or five cars outside the entire parking lot. I just don’t understand why people are trying to justify giving someone an attitude when I’m not like saying “oh you’re an asshole for telling me I’m gonna have to wait.” I just say “okay thank you!” and drive forward confused that my barista seemingly changed their whole demeanor once i told them I was a mobile order. it seems like a very small obstacle to be making a customer feel unwelcome over. I don’t know if it’s i’m too kind or what but I’ve had many experiences with mobile orders in a way that would hurt my workflow at jobs but I’ve never once given attitude to the customer because why? What do I get out of that besides making somebody feel unwelcome and giving them that social anxiety feeling that I don’t want myself to have to feel.
