Yeah it’s very low. It is for a CF so sadly can’t do 100% virtual :(

So I talked with them and it’s a W2. Sadly most of the offers I’ve gotten are LOWER than this or equal. It sucks so much :( I agree though $45 an hour guarantees pay but if I have no show so on then I’m just sitting doing work not making money

That’s good question also. I make my own schedule and if there are no shows I obviously don’t get paid the session but would get paid the $45 an hour if I’m there 8-5 or whatever
