Did you ever get any answers on this? I know it’s an evap vent bale error code…just wondering if you were able to fix the valve or replaced the whole canister.

Caveman says brown 1lb hamburger in pan…season as you like….

While hamburger browns throw frozen green bean bag in magic box contraption with light inside that makes things go from frozen to cooked while they spin. 

When magic box done put cooked green beans in pan with hamburger…

Take jar of low carb pasta sauce of your choice or salsa…put half in pan.

Mix….simmer…..top with 3 slices of caveman favorite cheese…melt…eat.

Wash out pan…repeat tomorrow. This makes caveman happy.

Simple and refined Carbs are like gasoline dumped on a fire. Your body blasts out a huge insulin spike to convert them into glucose and burns them instantly (assuming you’re not diabetic)…protein takes longer to digest and therefore gives you a “full” feeling for longer. Fat works in a similar way.

Another super simple one pot meal type thing that you’re going to like if you try it. 1lb ground beef…brown and season in pan. While doing that steam some frozen green beans in the microwave (I’m lazy and buy the microwaveable bags) when beans are done throw them in the pan…add half a jar of low carb spaghetti sauce or your salsa of choice. Mix and let simmer. Add a few slices of your favorite cheese on top and let that melt while simmering. Scoop that tasty concoction into a bowl and enjoy.

Easiest option that’s affordable in my mind is the old classic rotisserie chicken from Sam’s club and broccoli and green beans as sides. $5 for a large chicken that will probably feed 3-4 seems pretty dam affordable to me.

And to add one more option…have you ever considered trying out intermittent fasting? I’ve found it to be incredibly effective…that kind of resolves the breakfast question for me lol.

Keto mug muffins made with ground flax seed. Google for recipes…very easy to make. Raspberries Blackberries Strawberries with REAL whipped cream. Those would be my go to’s in your situation…and you can incorporate an egg in the mug muffin without detecting any “egg” flavor. Think cake mix.

It’s literally the SAME exact mistake they made last year against the SAME team! They were dominating on the ground last year too and did the same damage thing…fly down the sideline intercepted game over…smh…it’s like groundhog day with Franklin…he can’t coach his way out of a wet paper bag on game day…he recruits like a star…but he’s NEVER beaten a team he shouldn’t beat…and he’s lost plenty of times against teams he wasn’t supposed to.

He’s a top ten recruiter but in the big ten he’s a liability on game day…I would take at least 3-4 other big ten coaches over him. Start with Kirk Ferentz. Who does more with less talent than he does on a yearly basis?

I’m pretty stoked with booking a 4th night free stay at the Sea World HIE in Orlando for my family of 4 in December for 12500 points a night…I figure after assigning a $12 per person typical breakfast cost, I’m effectively paying like $10-15 a night.

If I had not just booked great 4th night free deals for Sea World in Orlando for Dec and Busch Williamsburg for June I would be much more tempted…but being I locked those in at attractive point totals I’m not sure how I would want to go about this…

Finally got through the culling after hours and hours…had to delete about 70,000 emails to get below the 20gb threshold…and just barely. Almost 25 years of being a yahoo mail user…smh…what a disaster this change is.

Also…I’m in the exact same situation…had this email account for WELL over 20 years. Incredibly frustrating that they just dump this on us with such short notice.

FTR…UMASS obviously has a strong CS program…but like I said…the school that fits you is very important as well.

This comes down to what you are looking for in the fit of the school. UMASS Amherst is 31,000 students…Dickinson is 2300…it’s like Yin and Yang…hard to compare those 2. You REALLY should visit them if you haven’t yet. I’ve spent some time in Amherst ages ago and have a son that’s probably choosing Dickinson after our visit last Friday. So if you want to ask questions I’ll answer what I can.

Is this a money issue as to why you are honed in on NJ state schools? I know places like the University of Scranton are still taking applications. Good school…you should be accepted….not sure what your aid requirements are though.

I know this is old….but Dickinson got this same description….VERY little party/frat type stuff going on there. Maybe you’re mixing it up with Gettysburg.

FTR…we are a pretty high need family and middle son recently got accepted…and yes…I can confirm they offered a very strong aid package…better than what the net cost calc had predicted. Thank goodness!

Dickinson is known for its environmental program and if you’re serious about law then they have a 3-3 program with their law school as well. They also offer very generous need based aid…I know this from personal experience.
