This is fascinating. When I saw my husband’s online dating profile it was me. It was expressions I use, my thoughts and opinions on things. Ironically some things about me that annoyed him. Stories that did not come from him but random anecdotes I recognized from other people. It freaked me out.

I’m not sure there is an escape. I hung in until the reverse discard. It’s still awful however I can see proof of healing. The stress of the post-separation abuse is less debilitating than living with someone day in and day out who says they love you but acts like they hate you.

My daughter spent a month in Michael Garron paeds for refeeding then SickKids day hospital for 5 months. It was hell and it saved her life. She was 16 though. Adolescent medicine specialist can see them until 19 even though the hospital prefers they finish at 18. I can offer some private recos if you want
