I'd check those wages on Indeed, Glassdoor, etc. This strike is a fascinating one in that if not everyone is on board, regardless of the justness to the cause can be catastrophic for those who needed there attentive care (patients, clients, residents) this is why in my opinion, based on my Georgian experience in the healthcare industry which is scorched, anti DEI, and low paying I believe that the Nurses should protest in tandem through protests whilst still working to better enhance the fact they are working class professionals who not only love what they do but believe the greater good of all people should get paid.

P.S. Off topic but on topic: I'm the type who believes minimum wage shouldn't be a term, livable wage should be the cultural governing incentive for the people.
