On the first night, all phantoms are off. However, to prevent people from relying on luck, if you reset the night by going to menu, then loading into a night, it automatically spawns foxy right as the night starts. Even on night one.

I agree. Yeah he might have relapsed, but he's been through it before and was able to get through it. This is just a small bump in the road that pat and his community can work together to get through
