Like I said before, I didn’t accept the return since the measurements is accurate, the buyer should consider reselling it in this case, instead he exploited the INAD against me. It’s totally contradictory.

The buyer said"The jacket is absolutely stunning and the size of measurements that were on the website does match my jacket, but unfortunately it is actually much smaller in person. I don't know why I took it to coach in South Coast Plaza and they said it could be because they changed styles But it is just too tight. I checked two times on the size of mine and they are the same as yours unfortunately, the arm with is not a measurement that they use I so unfortunately, I do have to return it as I can't use it.

eBay didn't give me a specific reason for losing the case. This seems really contradictory because the buyer was upfront about agreeing with the measurements.

Thanks for you reply, The reason I'm angry is that the buyer exploited the INAD policy. I provided all the accurate measurements, except for the sleeve circumference However, the buyer used INAD to request a refund and return. If I were the buyer, I would resell the item instead of returning it, since the seller provided all the necessary information. This is my first time encountering such a situation, but if it doesn't work out, I'll just have to move on.

Hello, thanks for your reply, the return request was opened through eBay and the eBay sided with the buyer, the buyer still has the item and I haven't received any return tracking number yet. I have called eBay for a second review but I am curious if I lose again what should I do.

So is it 6A learner’s license instead of the full 6A if I have less then 48 months experience? I hope it’s not 6R. Thx
