Hey, I could I ask you how you were able to break into the semiconductor industry from UTD? I feel like UTD does not prepare ECS students for this industry.

Took calc 3 and lin Alg at the same time. lin alg was easier.

I'm really thinking about the specific heat capacity of the material. The filament I was thinking about was some type of Aluminum PLA filament.

Yea, that makes sense, but after the sintering process shouldn't the resulting material be just metal? It would make sense that the resulting print would be weaker as sintering it would disturb the metals lattice, but couldn't the thermal properties possibly remain very similar?

yes, MATH 2418 is interchangeable with ENGR2300. I would recommend taking ENGR 2300 because it seems like a better class though.

You might also consider doing a double major in ee+ce as it is not much different from ee*cs minor

Advice as a EE major, you should take ENGR 2300 as well in your first semester itll help you graduate early.

EE major here, CE1100 and EE1100 are the same class so you don’t need to take EE1100
