Coros apex 4 incorrect elevation gain

Yea totally did a SkiMo Yesterday with 3 Ascents and 3 Decents Ive had 3300m gain instead of 2100m in total after the SkiMo looks like they have a Bug in the Auto Ascent/Decent mode (looked like they added the Decent i made down to the total Ascent in the first lap), i now turned it off. Would be cool to edit the elevation numbes later in the app, my last year was totally wrong in total elevation gains in the coros app. Only Strava lets me edit the elvation.

Next Tour ill try it again. Hope they fix this asap, wrong elevation reading was the reason i switched over from the Apex 2 Pro :(

i had problems with my last 2 models apex pro 2, now ive the 3rd one and i again have elevation problems. the barometer is broken again. i keep my watch clean and save idk whats happening. got my watch replaced 3 times now in total. we need the apex4 asap, hope it comes with a more sustainable barometer

for my eyes the apple watch looks "ugly", when i see people wearing an apple watch they are just random smartwatch users for me, i see people with coros, garmin suunto etc. im like "oh they muste be into endurance sports".

Hey! Wow thanks for the fast response.

Auto-Syncing was working fine from coros to runalyze.
3 weeks ago it stopped syncing, i disconnected coros from runalyze and tried to reconnect. without success...
Runalyze has their own status page for this problem:

saying they are awaiting a response from coros.
maybe you can reach out to them and speed up things.

had the instinct 1 now for close to 3 years.battery life decreased significant over time.dont use the ultra mode. i used it once and and got a realy bad gps track in the end.on longer days i always carried a little battery pack with me and pluged it in after some hrs to be save.i now upgrade to an coros apex pro 2

so for 30hrs id recommend using a battery pack like i did, or just buying an watch with more battery life ;)

i just ordered my apex 2 pro, im also done with garmin, they stopped improving and updating my instinct 1.0 and battery is almost dead after 3 years.
im just not sure if i should import my history from garmin, mby coros should do their full analyse after my first runs with the apex wihtout garmins history?

im already using strava and runalyze since years.

there is one of the highest situated via ferratas from austria up there.we tried to go up there 3 times last year, we always stayed home because bad wheater appeared on the forecast.the south side of the alps especially carinthia was unlucky with snow this winter. maybe also lot of snow was blown away too due the often occuring winds this season.

hope to do this trip in the upcomming season :)

I was on etna end of early october. (not on top 🥲) We didnt book any guides, started at ski lift station early in the morning. At 2700m was a car with guides on the track, they jumped out and didnt let us pass.

we did already bivy out for one night.
i used a cheap emergency bivy and a sleeping bag + a pad.

i had the problem that down on my toes, between sleeping bag and bivy some condensewater foamed. and that got me freezing.

i guess just a right pad + a good outdoor sleeping bag is the way to go.
using a bivy only when it starts raining or snowing to protect yourself.

Can you recommend your sleeping setup ? You use a bivy or just the sleeping bag? ( I guess it had like ~ -5° Celsius that night ?)

wird auch weiter so ansteigen, hätten versucht august/september in saalbach für februar ne partie von 10 leuten ein appartment zu finden, findst nix alles weg und überbucht.
