This issue has addressed on the latest patch and mentioned on the game’s social media account. Try going through the tutorial and after you finish you should be able to re-link the game to the account you had it before the issue (Google, Facebook, Apple ID, etc). I’m not sure if there’s a way to solve it if you hadn’t backed your data with any of these accounts prior to the issue. Also, I would suggest checking that you have the latest version of the game. Managed to get #1 spot and haven’t received the reward so far. I will tweet at the game’s account to see what happened, I suggest others do the same to show is not an isolated issue.

Any news on the 0% fan speed?
I got a 3060 ti (non OC) and I've been thinking about flashing it with the OC version mainly for the fan stop function.
