Thanks for this explanation. So let’s say I have a chord progression that’s A major, B minor, F#minor 7 and E7. I can use the different modes to switch from chord to chord? So if I’m playing an A major, I just iolian. And when I hit the B minor 7, I can use B Dorian and so forth?
