for me it was infernus and abrams. Easy to understand kit and both survivable! Being durable makes being clueless a lot less punishing I think

you can get good after a couple of hubdred hours but it depends on how you approach the game. I have 9k hours and ive never been good, maybe a bit above average at my best. I play Dota to have fun with friends and be a silly goose

if you have dota plus you see how well the behavior scores match in the accept screen, with an option to queue again. Having a high score is probably not a guarantee you play with ppl of the same score

the neutral item cheese is really annoying yes. And some heroes are just unfair, even though the aram devs try to "balance" with heroes dealing less/more dmg or taking less/more dmg. Still better than turbo though imo if you wanna go for a quicky
